How Does Machiavelli Use Persuasive Rhetoric - 1546 Words
IB HL English Written Assignment How does Machiavelli use persuasive rhetoric to advise the Medici on their rule through the use of the mapmaker, the skillful archer, and the river analogies? Machiavelli writes a guidebook to the Medici and is just asking them of one thing: to follow his advice as he is worthy enough due to his numerous years of studying rule. He uses numerous literary devices to persuade the Medici but one that really stands out is analogies. The analogies in the book serve as a way to reveal a familiar situation to persuade the medici to take Machiavelliââ¬â¢s advice to help the Medici refine their craft. Because of the persuasive style of the text, Machiavelli is not an evil character but rather is boldly attempting to aid the Medici in ruling over Italy so they can be united in contrast to being split apart, and he does this through the analogies of the mapmaker, the skillful archer, and the river. The analogy of the mapmaker occurs in the dedication to Lorenzo Medici. The dedication as a whole uses persuasive rhetoric such as ââ¬Å"and although I deem this work unworthy of Your Highnessââ¬â¢s acceptance, yet my confidence in your humanity assures me that you will receive it with favor,â⬠shows that Machiavelli is trying to persuade the Lorenzo to read rest of the book by showing that Lorenzo Medici is more important than and more valuable than him. Comparative Cultural and Global Business System
Question: Discuss about the Comparative Cultural and Global Business System. Answer: Introduction The economy of Israel hasimproved after the war with Arab in 1948.The rate of GDP of the country has increased with the rise in time. The inflation rate of the country has also increased during this time. The major sector of Israel includes the Israeli diamond industry, which contribute a larger volume in the economy. As per the case study, it can be observed that in the year of 1948, the economy of Israel was underdeveloped. However, in the next two years, the economic condition of the country had improved within the next two years. In addition, the population of the country had doubled in terms of mass immigration. Israel can efficiently control the economic challenges of the country with the rise in time. The per capita GDP has also improved from 1948 to 1960. This study will highlight the economic policy, which have followed by the country in order to improve their economy. Moreover, it can be seen that the position of the country was at 35 in terms of GDP per capita in the year of 1960. The position of the country was just behind New Zealand. Economic policy In order to understand the economic activity of Israel, it is required to identify the necessities of meaningful aggregation of alltypes of production. In this connection, the territorys production is depending upon three major economic factors such as effective demand, production capabilitiesand the income statement of the people. Income rises from the payment distribution to the factor of production. Gross domestic product of a country can be estimated as the summation of domestic as well as the demand for the global national foods. In this connection, it can be stated that domestic demand is the summation of the household along with the governmentand firm expenditure. Firm expenditures are such as public expenditure, consumption and investment. On the other hand, the foreigners purchase national goods of Israel in terms of export. It is noted that Israel is famous for the production of diamond. Therefore, Hill, Cronk Wickramaseker (2013) pointed that Israel mainly aims to export diamonds to the other parts of the world. From this source, the revenue earning of the country has been increasing. On the contrary, Wild, Wild Han (2014) criticised that the natural resources of Israel is comparatively poorthan the other countries and the country imports the natural resources from the outside. Hence, Israel tried to import petroleum and other raw materials from the other countries. In addition, it can be stated that the Israel has competitive advantage in the production of solar energy. Consumer price index Consumer price index can estimate the changing of the price level of market of consumer products, which are purchased by the households. Consumer price is estimated for the measurement of countrys inflation rate. From the above figure, it can be observed that the consumer price index of Israel is not fluctuating with the changing of time. It is known that changing of consumer price index is associated with the changing of cost of living. Therefore, in a synopsis, it can be inferred that consumer price index of the country is consistent. Nevertheless, Ferraro Brod (2015) argued that at the end of the decade, the government of Israel was consuming during the three quarters of the economy. As a result, the economy has suffered from a huge amount of budget deficits. In order to mitigate this deficit, the bank of Israel has tried to finance by printing off new money. Therefore, supply of money within the country has risen. The rate of inflation has increased in that time. Hence, it can be mentioned that the wage rate of the Israeli workers have increased along with their cost of living. In this connection, it can be mentioned that as Israel was suffering from massive inflation, therefore, the Israeli policy makers aimed to determine metastasizing problem. Although, economys health deteriorated initially, therefore, the country faced a huge banking crisis. The investors started to evacuate their investment from the nation. In addition, it cannot be determined whether Israel would be capable to pay the foreign debts. Inflation rate According to Perry-Kessaris (2016), it can be mentioned that the rise of inflation started with the independence of Israel that was attained in the year of 1948 after a severe war. In the next three years, the rate of population in Israel was getting doubled. These people came from post Holocaust Europe and also from Arab countries. Therefore, the government of Israel started to print money as per the immediate requirements. By the year of 1952, the rate of inflation rose from 14% to 66% compared to the previous year. This massive increment was initiated due to the implementation of New Economic policy. This policy implementation devaluated the foreign currency. In the year of 1953, the bank of Israel started to control the flow of money in order to make the monetary policy of the economy stable as per the necessity of the economy. Bank of Israel addressed the rate of inflation as the primary factor. In order to regulate the power of banking system, the Bank of Israel offset the inflationary effects of the deficit spending of the government. This occurred during the time of wars as well as extensive waves of immigration. The bank of Israel aimed to follow the command of monetary policy in the year of 1954. After that, the annual increment of consumer price index was a single digit percentage throughout theremaining 1950 and also through 1960. Moreover, in the year of 1962, the rate was increased by 10%. During these years, the economy of Israel enjoyed a massive growth and the average rate of increment of inflation was 10%. This rate was three or four times higher compared to the most of the Western economies. Most importantly, it can be added that the rate of unemployment was comparatively lower. As a result, the standard of living increased very quickly at that time. Individual wage rate of the employees was also increased. During the indexation period, the Bank of Israel focused to prevent the excessive inflation rate by reducing the real value of the savings. The depositors also ensured that each of the deposits would be registered the value at the rate of consumer price index. Furthermore, it ca n be mentioned that Israelis, who are supposed to deal with the higher inflation rate and the business of the country were unaffected. In this indexation period, the standard of living rose by the rate of 4% annually. This refers that government of Israel was able to control the countrys economy efficiently after the Arabian war. Therefore, it proves that sometimes government intervention is required to prevent the excessive inflation rate. Hyperinflation explodes: In the year of 1970, inflation in Israel started to increase in higher rate. In addition, in the year of 1971, the inflation rate was increased by the rate of 13% and this rate reached to 111% in the year of 1979. Therefore, it can be inferred that the situation of hyperinflation. Some of this higher inflation rate was imported from the global economy. Due to the higher oil price, the situation of hyperinflation arose within the country. As per the statement of Aronczy(2013), this situation can be explained by the situation of stagflation. More specifically, it can be mentioned that stagflation is the unprecedented combination of unemployment as well as economic stagnation. In Israel, full employment government policy put off this depressing situation(Hooper, 2016). Moreover, it can be added that the rate of inflation was increased so massively since 1980s. In 1980, the rate of inflation was 133%, which was followed by 191% in 1983 as well as 445% in 1984. In this connection, it can be stated that the private consumption was increased by 28% during 1980s. The unemployment rate After the war with Arab, by the end of 1948, approximately 340000 immigrants had arrived. However, the government of the country had effectively provided the homeless houses and also new employment opportunities for the new population. With the help of new economic policy, which was implemented in the year of 1952, had the power off gradual relaxation of controlling the price as well as rationing. As a result, it can be stated that monetary expansion of Israel would be restrained along with restraining the budgetary constrain. On the other hand, between 1950 and 1965, the rate of real gross national product of Israel was increased by 11 per cent and per capital G(Adekola Sergi, 2016)NP was also higher and the rate was approximately 6 per cent. In this purpose, Mller Timofeev (2016) mentioned that Israel got the opportunity to receive a huge capital inflows and United States transfers the unilateral loans. Therefore, Israel aimed to the availability of resources, which in turn boost up the countrys public and the private consumption and also the level of investment. As a result, it can be mentioned that government budget of Israel and the stronger protectionist would be able to enable the import substitution of the economy. This would in turn develop new industries in Israel. The textile industry was expanded during this period. This also increases the rate of employment of Israel. As a result, the rate of unemployment was decreased. In the opinion of Adekola Serg (2016), higher employment rate would be able to improve the gross domestic product of the economy. The purchasing power parity of the country would be improved. In addition, it can be mentioned that the standard of living of the country would be improved. The wage rate of each of the employee would be raised. This would in turn increase the overall output of the country. Therefore, it can be mentioned that there is a negative relationship between the rate of unemployment and the countrys GDP growth rate. This trade off can be explained with the help of Okuns law. As per the Okuns law, it can be mentioned that if the rate of unemployment of a country would decrease, then countrys GDP growth rate would be increased. Moreover, it can be stated that lower unemployment rate of an economy refers that wage rate of the individual will not be decreased. This also proves that although after the war there arise economic disbalance, however, government was able to control the situation. Therefore, with the passage of time, countrys economy was improved. Conclusion This report highlights how countrys GDP rate was increased from 1948 to 1960. After the Arab Israeli war, more than thousands of refugees from Europe and Arab were come to Israel. The economic situation of the country was suffering from severe economic crisis. However, the government oif Israel had managed the situation significantly. In the year of 1960, the rate of GDP was US$ 1366, whereas this rate is increased to US$ 37032. Therefore, it can be mentioned that there is a huge expansion in the economy of Israel. The ranking of Israel in terms of purchasing power parity is 35th. More specifically, it can be added that the rate of GDP growth is 3.8 per cent approximately. After analysing the above study, it can be observed that the government has implemented a new economic policy after the war with Arab. This had effectively increasedthe inflation rate. On the other hand, the rate of unemployment was also decreased in this time. Bibliography Adekola, A., Sergi, B. S. (2016). Global business management: A cross-cultural perspective. Aronczyk, M. Social Acceptance of Ex-Convicts and Finding free essay sample
The hardest aspect of the prison system is the stigmatization that comes after release. This stigmatization against minorities makes re-integration back into society very difficult, especially in the labor market. Large populations of convicts are men and this has a negative effect on the stability of families. Social stigma is one of the common problems which ex-convicts are facing today. This is one of the reasons why they cannot change themselves for the better because of the labels being imposed to them.In other words, social stigma imposed to the ex-convicts hinders their willingness to change for the better because of the bad impression to them and other people thinks that they will not do anything good in the society. These instances would probably result to social exclusion. The process of leaving prison will not be easy for ex-convicts. By simply carrying the ââ¬Å"ex-convictâ⬠as a label, they will only be excluded in the society (Visher Travis, 2003). We will write a custom essay sample on Social Acceptance of Ex-Convicts and Finding or any similar topic specifically for you Do Not WasteYour Time HIRE WRITER Only 13.90 / page In our society, it is normal to perceive an ex-convict at first encounter, as violent or harmful individuals. But, people should put in their minds the true essence of imprisonment. As suggested by Giddens (1997), a correctional institution serves as a rehabilitation of the inmates to play active role and to be a proper part of the society after their sentences. (as cited in Nsanze, 2007). With this insight, people might change their perception and attitude towards an ex-convict. Many ex-convicts claimed that they experience continuous exclusion since their release (Nsanze, 2007). There are barriers, from retrieving their family to securing jobs. In addition, there longer the sentence imposed to them, the more likely that an ex-convict like them not be recognized and not to be welcomed in the society, in which they belong previously. In other words, they become eroded and became useless (Pager Manza, 2004). Moreover, Newman (2010) defined another hot button issue for ex-convicts, which is recidivism. Due to the extreme exclusions and the lack of acceptance an ex-convicts experience in a society, the probability of repeating the crimes they committed becomes high.Though there are benefits, programs, and supports that are made and proposed for ex-convicts, still, any of this solves nothing (Digal, 2011). The researchers want to change the conception of the Filipinos about ex-convicts. Ex-convicts are usually being discriminated and being set aside. They are experiencing unfair treatments in fields of education and employment; they may even receive detachment from their own family, and unfair judgments from the society.Social rejection creates frustrations and makes life difficult for ex-convicts. According to Ronquillo (2011) stated that most prisoners become disassociated with their love ones and so they refuse to leave jail because they have no family to come home to. Given this reality, the personal reform that an ex-convict is pursuing becomes difficult and a challenging personal struggle which is not always successful due to lack of opportunities and poverty.By pursuing this study, we make people more aware of the experiences, and sentiments of ex-convicts. We encourage them to open their hearts and minds to help create a social environment where ex-convicts will be accepted and trusted by more people and where they will have a better chance of living a normal, moral and decent life. This study is not for ex-convicts alon e, the researchers also want to tell the prisoners that there is life waiting for them after imprisonment. This study is also for the family member of the ex-convict, professors or teachers to understand the situation of ex-convicts, so that they will be the one to inform the students, and to change the misconception of the society and encourage them to help the ex-convict to build a new life by accepting them. Theoretical Framework This study is supported by the following theoretical concepts: Social Acceptance is defined as a situation in which other people have come to like you, respect you, approve you, and includes you in their groups and relationships (Zimbardo, 1985).

Medical Billing Essays
Medical Billing Essays Medical Billing Paper Medical Billing Paper Medical billing process transpires between an insurance company and a healthcare provider. Basically, in order for healthcare providers to obtain payment and be indemnified for the services they provided, they necessarily submit and follow up medial billing claim to the insurance companies. The imbursement of a claim is based on a precise amount previously agreed by the insurance company and healthcare provider. Initially, the insurance company will verify the authenticity of the medical billing claim that was presented for payment. If for what ever reason the medical billing claim did not meet the insurance companyââ¬â¢s standards, then the billing will be rejected and the claim will be consequently denied. Several people do not understand that the procedure of filing medical billing claims is very strenuous, energy-draining and time consuming for the healthcare providers. In addition, it takes 60 to120 days to collect the claimsââ¬â¢ imbursements (American Business Systems). Unfortunately, as a result over 30 percent of these claims are continually being rejected. However, healthcare providers have two fundamental alternatives to avoid or at least reduce the rejection of claims; by hiring at least one dependable staff, or by hiring reliable independent medical verifiers. The additional staffs are assigned in filing the time-consuming and labor intensive medical billing claims. If the medical billing claim is rejected, the staffs are then duty bound to find out what caused the rejection, solve it, and re-submit the claim. On the other hand, with the same responsibilities, medical verifiers present a useful outsourcing alternative for the healthcare providers. Unlike most healthcare providers, these verifiers generally use their computers to make more efficient the medical billing process. Nevertheless, to eliminate or at least reduce the number of rejected claims, these appointed assistants must carefully complete the required claim forms, by carefully searching out the correct codes placed in the medical problem and treatment of the insured; make sure that significant terms are not misused; and must be aware on what services are covered and who are eligible for the medical coverage. Every minute detail on the paperwork must therefore be filled out carefully and correctly. Reference American Business Systems. (n. d. ). Case study Response Case of the Rotary Compressor Essay
Case study Response Case of the Rotary Compressor - Essay Example Another factor that caused the disaster was lack of expertise for successful design and implementation of the venture. While suggestions were made for outsourcing, and an experienced personnel offered services besides proposals for joint ventures with experienced organizations, General electric resorted to using its personnel that turned out to be inefficient. Reducing the testing period for the product from the proposed two years to two months is another cause of the disaster as flaws could not be adequately detected (Evans, 2007). Responsibility over these failures lies with both the line supervisor and the companyââ¬â¢s top management. The line supervisor failed to recognize the potential threats to the projectââ¬â¢s success and to enlighten the top management for informed decision making. The management is also responsible for its decision to use internal human resource for the project instead of the proposed outsourcing (Evans, 2007). The disaster might have been prevented by the management implementation of suggestions and recommendations at lower level of the organizationââ¬â¢s structure. These included the expressed opinions of the companyââ¬â¢s engineering technicians as well as a consultantââ¬â¢s opinion that called for extra measures in undertaking the project. Respecting the proposals would have designed an efficient product, free from the later identified faults. Another possible initiative that could have prevented the disaster is competence in decision making among the organizationââ¬â¢s top management. Similarly, adherence to the originally stipulated ââ¬Ëtwo-yearââ¬â¢ testing period would have identified the projectââ¬â¢s problems for either corrective measures or alternative projects (Evans, 2007). The major learnt lesson from the case is the fact that operational efficiency is a very important aspect in a production process. Such efficiencies require focus from a projectââ¬â¢s first step, which is preliminary research on feasibility, up to evaluation of a

A comparison of the UK housing market with the Bulgarian housing Essay
A comparison of the UK housing market with the Bulgarian housing market - Essay Example Irrespective of the developed, developing or under developed countries, people usually have the habit of taking loans for purchasing or constructing a house. The difficulties in getting loans have prevented people across the world to think about purchasing a home at present and the real estate business people were forced to reduce their activities because of the less demand for buildings. Even though the latter half of 2009 and the beginning of 2010 have shown some sign of a revival, many people are still hesitant in spending much on the housing market. UK and Bulgaria are two European countries in which lot of construction activities were going on earlier. But the global recession has badly affected these countries and the construction sector and the housing market are going through a bad patch. UK is one of the strong and developed countries in the world whereas Bulgaria is economically poor compared to UK. Both the countries have democratic administration at present though the head of UK is the monarch at least on paper. Bulgaria was under communist regime earlier. Stevenson (2010) has reported that the economy is emerging out from recession and grew slightly in the fourth quarter of last year in UK. Moreover, industrial production also increased in last November more than expected (Stevenson, 2010). As per the article Best Bulgarian Real Estate ââ¬â Your Trust Worthy Bulgarian Real Estate Partner (2008), the Bulgarian property market is the current investment hotspot and offers countless opportunities to any open-minded investor. A recently released report by the European Bank for Development and Reconstruction, property prices in Bulgaria have increased by 145% in the last three years. Moreover the value of the Bulgarian properties has risen 5 times after the country joined the European Union in 2007 (Bulgarian Real Estate

Oil And Gas Industry Essay Example for Free
Oil And Gas Industry Essay Petroleum in one form or other has always been the most useful natural resource of man. More than four thousand years ago, Herodotus, a Greek historian of 5th century B. C. E and Diodrus Siculus, a historian of Agyrim Sicily in C A 90 B Cââ¬â C A 30 B C discovered that Babylon were using Asphalt black substance found in Petroleum during the construction of the walls and towers of Babylon. In 1410 AD, native Americans were harvesting the oil for medicinal purposes. It was in 1859, in the quite farm country of North Western Pennsylvania that the drilling of the first most important crucial oil well took place. This well began to be known as the Drake Well after the name of Colonel Edwin Drake, the man who gave the idea of drilling the well for commercial use. This was the first phase of the history of Oil Industry, which gave new lease to our lives. (The Paleontological Research Institution, The History of Oil) Today, the Oil and Gas Industry has touched every sphere of our lives. It is the most depleted and yet the most used natural resource by the economies all around the world. With the increase in new explorations and technological developments, the natural oil and gas production is increasing at the rate of two billion cubic feet a day, and currently Devon Energy is one of the largest and independent oil and gas producers in the United States. Based in Oklahoma City, it is supplying three percent of the gas consumed in North America and producing 600,000 barrels of oil a day. The company is also drilling more than 2000 oil wells every year in North America in an area stretching from the Gulf of Mexico to the northernmost reaches of Canada. (O G Next Generation Oil and Gas, 2007) There are many unpredictable reasons, like over all economic growth, continuous development in technology, change in energy prices, change in weather patterns and public policy decisions which led to the changes in the levels of production and in demand and supply. According to Energy Information Administration projections from 2007 to 2030, the total production of domestic liquid embracing crude oil, natural gas plant liquids, refinery processing gains and other refinery inputs, is expected to see a tremendous increase. The reason behind the increase is the growth in refinery processing and other refinery inputs. It is projected that this growth will compensate any predicted reduction in crude oil production after 2017. This increase in the production owes to some extent to the high tech oil recovery methods, the increase in the production in the deep waters in Gulf of Mexico, higher resource assumptions for the Bakken Shale formation in the Williston Basin. (Energy Information Administration, 2007) As per the AEO2007 reference case, the total domestic natural gas production including the supply of supplement natural gas reflects an increase from 18. 3 trillion cubic feet in 2005 to 21. trillion cubic feet in 2022. (Energy Information Administration, 2007) This clearly shows that in-spite of the factors that have led to the increase in the energy prices since 2000, the growing influence of developing countries on world-wide energy requirements, enactment of legislation and regulations in the United States, the rising need for the alternative source of energy and the need for the energy technologies did not hamper the growth of Oil and Gas Industry. United States of America is one of the largest economies in the world with the per capita Gross Domestic Product to be $43,500. The Central Intelligence Agency, 2007). The economy of America depends on the crude oil for fuels to be used in the transportation purpose. Seeing the current economic scenario and increase in the demand for the fuel, the demand for the light oil production all over the world is expected to increase and will reach to the point where supply of the oil will going to be far less than the demand. This will result in the imbalance in the supply and increase in the price of oil and fuel especially for military and strategic purposes. More than 60 per cent of the fuel requirements of United States of America is met by imports and at this current state of affairs, United States of America have to bear the cost at price level of $55/Bbl could be increased twice, from 9. 9 MM Bbl/d to nearly 20 MM Bbls/dby2025. (Online Edition) As the imports will increase, there is every possibility that America could face price shocks, supply disruptions, and fuels shortages. According to the EIA/AEO estimates, the average import price of oil from 2005 to 2020 could make United State Gross Domestic product to reduce by more than $ 1. 1 trillion. The department of Energy and the honorable President of America suggested that the need of the hour is to rely on the domestic sources for the increase in the liquid supplies. (Online Edition) And the best source is the production of Shale Oils; converted into liquid fuels, provide fuel for the transportation of military and civilian purposes. Currently the Oil shale resources can be found in Colorado, Wyoming and Utah and hope is on the anvil that with the efforts of the Government, industry and other stakeholders, the oil shale production can reach 2 MM Bbl/D by 2020. The prices of the Crude Oil which have been showing an increase since last two months is expected to reach at the pinnacle of its monthly average price in August. The RAC of crude oil in 2007 is estimated at the rate of 64. 86 per barrel as compared to $ 60. 23 per barrel in 2006 and in 2008 is expected to be 68. 75 per barrel. This increase is due to the tight world oil supply and demand balance. 2007 can witness the increase in the total gas consumption by 4 percent and the LNG imports can go up to 850 bcf, which would be a record in upper scale. This is clear from the fact that despite the increase in the demand of bio-fuels and other non-hydroelectric renewable energy sources and subsequently the construction of new nuclear power plants, the Oil and Gas Industry is expected to supply same 86-percent share of the total U. S. primary energy in 2030, which they were giving in 2005 Year after year, there has been very less growth in retail sales to just 3. 2% year in April whereas there has been increase in the gas stations. Because of the growth of wholesale energy prices to 3. 4 per cent, the Producer Price Index (PPI) increased to 0. % in April. Due to the increase in oil prices and stable demand, there was a trade deficit by $6 billion. (Pod cast Directory, 2007). According to Chicago Fedââ¬â¢s annual Automotive Outlook Symposium, the economic growth in 2007 is seen to be slower than in 2006, with inflation and the unemployment rate increased. The prices of the Energy also increased in the middle months of 2006, but after that they fell, at an average of $60 per barrel in the fourth quarter. This led to the increase in inflation by 1. 9 per cent as measured by the Consumer Price Index (CPI), which is less than 3. per cent than previous year. (Strauss Engel, 2007) This phrase ââ¬Å"Oil flows the Nation growsâ⬠is evidently true when it comes to Oil and Gas. The increase in the price of Oil also increases the over all Consumer Price Index, especially in September 2005, which was 1. 2 per cent, highest in 25 years. The increase in imports of energy increases the trade deficit, on the average the increase in oil prices to 10 per cent leads to 150,000 Americans to lose their jobs, and over and above we have to loose between $80 billion and $160 billion in economic growth. In September 2005, it was estimated that 40 percent increase in gas prices reduced the total domestic consumption by 0. 4 percent and the GDP fell to an estimated 0. 9 percent. In fact even the Consumer spending was reduced. But there is an increase in the profits among the major players in Oil and Industry. Only in the beginning of 2005, the five largest oil companies were making profits of $52. 2 billion, which was less in 2004, only $39. 5 billion. (Democrats Policy Committee, 2005). The study on the impact of Oil Price by An International Energy Agency in 2004 revealed that the repercussions of the high prices on economy will be minimum and this proves to be as High oil prices became most important macro economic variable. It is apparently quite clear that with the new technologies are in the offing, the Oil and gas Industry will strike more. The earnings from the Industry are being invested in new technology, new production, and environmental and product quality improvements to meet the requirements of Generation next. According the Oil Gas Journal estimates, the Industry spends $85. 7 billion in 2005, whereas in 2004 it spend just $80. 7 billion in 2004 and in 2003 $75. 5 billion. (Cavaney, 2006). The threat to the Oil Industry is from the alternative sources of energy like bio fuels and other non-hydroelectric renewable energy sources and subsequently the construction of new nuclear power plants, yet the Oil and Gas Industry is expected to supply same 86-percent share of the total U.à S. primary energy in 2030, which they were giving in 2005. (Energy Information Administration, 2007). As the study above reveals that though the production of oil and gas is on the increase but it is not able to meet the demand and to maintain a balance between the demand and supply, The Government and Energy department is taking initiative to increase in the Shale Oils for liquid fuels.
